Share 4.0 – Interreg Slovakia-Austria – European Regional Development Fund
The Interreg Slovakia-Austria Project “Share 4.0” is dedicated to create synergies in the region Slovakia – Austria by sharing best practices and awareness of innovative technologies to advance digitalized manufacturing. The topic of Industry 4.0 has gathered high importance and is one of most important subjects in both areas Slovakia and Austria. Additionally, similar challenges can be found such as the digital transformation of SMEs as well as the ease of transnational cooperation and knowledge exchange in research but also in industry experiences.
Therefore, the project has the aim to establish a strategically sustainable and result-oriented cooperation for a smart industry network in the SK-AT region, covering the 8 project partners and at least another 8 organizations. Develop one practicable, coordinated organizational handbook (working basis, governance model) for research and innovation. Plan and implement at least two pilot projects in the domain of robotics, sustainable production, additive manufacturing or new materials, involving numerous decision-makers. Anchor the cooperation organizationally and work-related through one memorandum of understanding.
